Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This 2021 Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant nose of lemonade, citrus blossom, lychee and a hint of straw bale. Bright, crisp flavors of apricot, tropical fruit and minerality lead to a luscious round mid-palate. A beautifully balanced, dry but juicy wine that surprises at every sip.
Production Notes
The grapes were harvested on August 24th, 2020 and then whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel to retain aromatics. The wine was cold fermented at 62° - 64°.
Winemaker Notes
Our vineyard selection for the Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc has continued to improve over the years. We sourced from the Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander and Sonoma Valley appellations for this vintage and the final blend is bright, refreshing and lively with acidity.
Other Notes
94% Sauvignon Blanc, 3% Muscat Canelli, 3% Muscato Gallo
