Our appellation blends reflect our relentless pursuit to create wines with balance, elegance, and purity with some of the most storied vineyards in Sonoma County. Our Banshee Single Vineyard Designate Wines consist of our limited production, small lot, handcrafted Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from the Sonoma Coast.
If you have enjoyed our Marine Layer Pinot Noir, think of El Pino as its wilder, darker sidekick. We love working on these blends simultaneously, selecting the more delicate barrels for Marine Layer and the more robust for El Pino.
A blend of crushed berries and Asian spice. Delivers layers of wild blackberry, raspberry, damp earth and stones. The finish is built around an enjoyable citrus zest, sage and berry interplay.
Extremely energetic, nuanced, and focused. Aromas of macerated dark cherries, flowers, and spice. Tart wild berries in the mouth with side notes of fresh, wild porcini mushrooms with a mouthwatering structure.
This is a very delicate Pinot Noir, with a warmly scented nose of potpourri and freshly crushed red berries. In the mouth you will find electric flavors of cranberry, strawberry, anise seed and pomegranate. The finish is long, precise and pleasantly bitter, much like a negroni.
This Pinot Noir displays warm, evergreen and spice infused aromatic profile that leads into flavors of dark plums, macerated cherries and forest floor. This is definitely more dark fruit heavy than red, enveloping the palate in a soft, plush embrace.
This Pinot Noir takes you on a lovely stroll through an enchanted redwood forest. A very rustic wine with ever-changing aromatics of eucalyptus, rich earth, and a fresh herb garden. Bright flavors of blackberry and black cherry with undertones of dark earth and bramble lead to a soft, lingering finish and a touch of spearmint.
Yummy. Pretty aromatics of a shaded redwood grove, early fall and that first breeze when you know fall is right around the corner. An approachable Pinot Noir with soft, warm flavors of maraschino cherries, oatmeal blackberry muffins, a touch of Dr. Pepper and gummy coke bottles with a brambly, earthen finish and a hint of lemon-lime.
Freshly cut rose petals greet the nose, followed by vivid, concentrated raspberries. A light-medium weighted body shows a purée of wild red berries, plum, and mint leading into a long, lip-smacking finish.
Extremely energetic, nuanced, and focused. Aromas of macerated dark cherries, flowers and spice. The wine is a kaleidoscope of mixed, tart wild berries in the mouth with side notes of fresh, wild porcini mushrooms. The finish is full of fine, mouthwatering structure making these bottles empty quickly.
